If the SCOTUS decides in favor of the plaintiffs, we need to have a path forward to pack the court, which means we need a real majority in DC after the midterms. Any later and it’s too late. We need serious organizing action at every level. Unions, DSA, left activists and public personalities of all stripes bringing people together, etc. This is the most important aspect, and it’s honestly the one I feel I have the least control over. Aside from that, arm yourselves heavily, have escape plans, attain a second passport if possible, go full remote work if possible(to work outside the US), etc. The sorts of things you do when a holocaust appears to be a viable course of events. I am sure others have possibly better ideas, but that’s all I can come up with. If the SCOTUS does not rule in favor of the plaintiffs of this case, then that buys us precious time to change the course of things in this country.
