I was going to link you an actual definition but it seems the good old urban dictionary has failed you young folks. They are also very quick to give you life advice, it might be good advice or it might be bad advice. But they will give it to you. You would say “that old head that’s always down at the gas station hanging out asked me on a date!” You would not call President Obama an old head. Even if they were the same age. They do not have the same characteristics or mannerisms. This man, while well dressed, still gives the impression he will get out of the car in the middle of the intersection and one punch you out. He may not truly be an old head, but he did knock the shoe off somebody in the middle of an intersection in front of an The Banks House Graphic T Shirt with one punch.
